Clapers Homeopatia is a medical practice with more than forty years of experience. A place dedicated to patient care, founded on an approach to medicine based on attentive listening, a close and personal relationship, and a comprehensive, individualised view of each person.
Founded by Dr Josep Maria Clapers and continued today by Dr Marc Lluís Clapers and his team, the practice preserves the spirit with which it began while embracing new generations, knowledge and tools in clinical care.
Homeopathy is a therapeutic, a discipline that makes available to the doctor and its patients an enormous amount of drugs for the treatment of different diseases. But, in addition, it is a therapy that takes into account the patient entirely, not only the disease, also provides a global vision of his ailments and allows for individualized treatment in each case. In this sense, each patient and disease requires a specific homeopathic medicine.
On the other hand, homeopathic treatment can also be used in healthy people as a health promoter, which helps the correct development and growth in childhood and allows the prevention of diseases in people of all ages.

Clapers Homeopatia was founded by Dr Josep Maria Clapers, who has devoted more than forty years of his professional career to the practice and teaching of homeopathy. For almost ten years, Dr Marc Lluís Clapers worked alongside him in clinical practice, following in his footsteps and carrying forward an approach to medicine based on attentive listening, the individualisation of each case and the rigorous study of materia medica.
Today, Clapers Homeopatia carries this legacy forward into a new chapter, with Dr Marc Lluís Clapers leading the practice together with Dr Joan Manel Marín and Dr Mònica Pérez. The team continues to grow with a clear purpose: to preserve the legacy of the practice while continuing to evolve and incorporate new knowledge and tools into clinical care.
Our team practises classical, single-remedy homeopathy. Our clinical approach draws on the rigorous work of the early homeopaths —Hahnemann, Kent, Allen and other classical authors— as well as the tradition of the Argentine school of homeopathy. We work carefully with the repertory and materia medica to arrive at an individualised prescription for each patient. We also favour a contemporary homeopathic approach based particularly on the use of remedies prepared according to the fifty-millesimal (LM) scale.
Dr Josep Maria Clapers founded the practice after beginning his work in homeopathy in 1983. After more than forty years of clinical practice, he now continues to see his patients independently through online consultations.

Marc Lluís Clapers - Graduated in Medicine from the University of Barcelona (2012). Specialization in Pediatrics from the Vall d’Hebrón Hospital (2013-2017). Master in Homeopathy from the Medical-Homeopathic Academy of Barcelona (2016-2018). Member of the Academia Medico Homeopatica de Barcelona, where he works as a member of the Clinical Department and professor of the Master in Homeopathy.
Medical doctor. Graduated from the University of Lleida (2005). Specialization in Family and Community Medicine at Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital (2009-2013). Master's degree in Homeopathy from the Academia Medico Homeopática Barcelona (2006-2008). Training in Social Psychobiology (2024-2026).
Joan Manel Marín
Medical doctor, graduated from the University of Barcelona (2010). Specialist in Nephrology from the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital (2010–2015). Clinical practice in the Renal Transplant Unit. PhD in Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2021) with a cum laude distinction. Master's degree in Homeopathy from the Academia Medico Homeopática de Barcelona (2023–2025).
